Volunteers of Global Service (VGS) is a cohort of committed, well trained, and deeply experienced people of faith who venture abroad to work in global community. They are proof that collaborative change is possible, necessary, urgent, and deeply joyful. In the next years of VGS, we hope and plan for more of the same. We invite you to be part of that.
What to expect as a host

Vetted volunteers
VGS has a careful application and screening process for both volunteers and organizations, so you can be certain your volunteers are seasoned, committed, and realistic about international work.

Support
Should problems arise in the placement, there is a third party, namely VGS, able and willing to assist.

Exposure and community
The placement group gets exposure among VGS supporters and friends, and they too, become part of a wider network that is emerging as VGS grows. So the group gets more than a volunteer when it welcomes someone.
